Booking Information
When you first get in touch, it helps us to understand your plans and come back to you quickly. Please include:
1. Type of event
2. Date(s) of interest
3. Event timings
4. Venue and location
5. Performance duration
6. Indoor or outdoor setting
7. Your full contact details, ie name, organisation (if applicable), mobile number and email address.
Fees and Arrangements
Performing involves certain expenses, such as Performing Rights Society fees (royalties paid to songwriters and publishers for performing their music), and the professional fees of our Musical Director. It’s important to note that individual singers do not receive fees.
Depending on your event, we can offer a fixed-fee basis or discuss a profit share arrangement.
As an example, a 30-45 minute choir performance at a local wedding reception, involving 25-30 singers, would cost in the region of £300. Obviously, a number of factors need to be taken into account when calculating charges, eg distance to venue, performance length and song selection, but we aim to make our charging structure competitive.
