In sharing the proceeds from the sale of our CD BINGE with MIND in Harrogate, we aim to raise funds in order to support the wonderful work they do.  MIND are primarily involved in promoting positive mental health within the community.  They offer a comprehensive programme of supportive therapies and educational activities such as walking groups, yoga classes, arts and crafts sessions.  Of significant interest to Harrogate Theatre Choir, MIND also organise a number of music and singing groups as part of their programme.  We all know and recognise the stress relieving benefits of music and the confidence that comes from singing and playing music with others.
